    Trump calls Tesla attackers terrorists

President Donald Trump has condemned the recent attacks on Tesla vehicles, describing the perpetrators as “terrorists” and vowing that they will face serious consequences. This statement was made during a cabinet meeting at the White House, where Trump also praised Elon Musk for his contributions to the administration, particularly through his role as head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).
Trump expressed sympathy for Musk, calling him “a patriot” and emphasizing that the hostility towards him and his company is “unfair.” The president also revealed that he had taken action last week, leading to the arrest of four individuals in connection with the attacks.
The attacks on Tesla vehicles have been described as “domestic terrorism” by Attorney General Pam Bondi, who also claimed that the perpetrators have “weapons of mass destruction”. However, some critics argue that the administration’s response to the attacks is overly severe and reminiscent of the War on Terror.
The situation has sparked debates about the balance of response to such incidents and the need for severe punitive measures against those responsible. With Tesla’s stock suffering a drastic drop and the government’s focus on addressing the attacks, the situation remains a contentious issue.
